GTVFD responded to a report of a tree on a utility pole. Crews quickly cleared the scene.

GTVFD was called to a tree on wires just before midnight. Crews arrived and notified West Penn power and cleared the scene.

GTVFD was called to a logging site on Johnetta Road for a log skitter on fire. With the assistance of crews from Leechburg, 800 feet of hose was taken through the woods to the fire. Crews quickly extinguished the flames and cleared the scene.

GTVFD was dispatched to an unknown fire being seen from miles away. After further investigation, it was found that someone had set fire to an abandoned house boat along side the river just downstream of Godfrey Landing in Gilpin.

GTVFD was called to assist Leechburg along with stations 200, 99, 53-1, and 53-2 with a working structure fire. Crews arrived on scene and quickly knocked down the fire. Within two hours, the scene was cleared.

GTVFD was called to assist Burrell Township with a large brush fire that burned about 7 acres. The fire was caused by downed lines due to wind. After many hours, the flames were extinguished.
